Big tuna foot long sub sandwich consists of tuna and mayo with green peppers, tomato, cucumber and red onions for a fulfilling tuna salad sub.
Make the most of your tuna and mayonnaise sandwich by substituting your regular sliced bread with a seeded white sub for texture and extra tasty seeds.
All you have to do is make up a simple tuna and mayo mixture and top it up with chopped green peppers, tomato, cucumber and red onion for a tuna sub lunch that will keep you all day.

1 multi-seeded white sub roll
160g Princes tuna chunks in brine, drained
2 tbsp. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 thick slice green pepper, chopped
4 slice tomato
5 slice cucumber
1 thick slice red onion, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS

First, open a can of tuna chunks in brine and drain water thoroughly

Then throw your tuna chunks into a mixing bowl, break down with a fork, then mix in 2 tablespoons of Hellmann's mayonnaise

Cut in half a white multi seed submarine roll with a knife on a chopping board

Use all your tuna mayo mixture and spread generously on the bottom sub piece

Then begin to layer it with the 1 thick slice of green peppers, chopped to spread them out

Then 4 slices of juicy salad tomato, sitting side by side

Overlap slightly 5 slices of cucumber so they fit in the sub

Finally, add your chopped up red onions and sprinkle over

Now, close up your sub roll with the top piece, place in fridge for 1 hour and serve whole, or cut in half for convenience
